It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for.

Its magnificent, central location was a plus...

So glad we choose it, it's useful base for staying in Playa del Carmen.

Unexpected rooftop paradise

Our days filled with laughter and sun by the lovely rooftop pool, where the fresh breeze and fine views melted our worries away. The staff's hospitality.

Beautifully decorated and beautifully designed room, perfectly clean hotel in general.

Everything there was superb. Separate room with kitchen and dryer and comfortable bed. Quiet and convenient location for enjoying a circus and restaurants minute walk from the hotel. Based in a very nice area.

Clean pool, nicely decorated rooms on floors 2-3. A safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave oven in the room. Excellent services! The ambience was quiet.

I loved the peaceful ambiance and how well-maintained the hotel was. The roof terrace with its inviting pool became my favorite relaxation spot, and the kindness of the staff.

More sitting area in the rooftop would be nice.

My room was large, clean, and surprisingly had a washer and dryer. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a great beach club. The receptionist was super helpful and spoke very good english. The gentleman at the entrance helped me with my heavy bag, such a nice touch!

The front of house team provided really good service, ensuring every need was met, even assisting with taxi bookings. The Newport Premium room featured a spacious living area and kitchenette. Highlights included a rooftop terrace with a good pool and comfy cabana areas. The hotel does require some stairs to access, which may not be ideal for everyone, and while the ambiance was great, a bit more seating by the rooftop pool would enhance the experience.

It reminded me of home with a well-equipped kitchen and super comfy bedding. The place was super clean, which I really appreciated. It was surprisingly quiet too, even being close to everything. Just a perfect spot to unwind after a day out. Truly a gem!
